Observe & Assess.

Identify interference patterns in your posture that are inhibiting you from feeling full body connectivity.

Identifying the muscles in your body that are doing too much work and the ones that need a little more attention is our first step in helping you refine the way you move through life. This step of your journey exposes you to your ingrained patterns and habits and gives you an opportunity to see how they are impacting your physical, mental and emotional well-being. Once we are consciously aware of what is inhibiting us from moving freely we create a clear path for returning back to balance.

Foundation of Conscious Movement

Revist foundational movement patterns with fresh eyes.

Through the doorway of conscious breathwork we will revisit the developmental movement patterns you relied on to evolve from a crawl to a walk. This work gives you the tools to track energy transfer in your body and observe what is inside your habitual movements. In our day to day lives we tend to use momentum to skip over spaces that are painful or simply restrict movement. Returning to these simple movements teaches you to listen to the spaces in your body that are asking for your attention and gives you the opportunity to unwind tension in your body and connect to your inner power and strength.

Anatomy-informed Yoga.

Unpack complex poses into small digestible pieces that allow you to tap into your inner strength. 

Through breathwork, intention setting and alignment based yoga program design, I will guide you through practices designed to unwind patterns in your body that are no longer serving you and support you in cultivating more stability, balance and strength in your entire being.

Conscious Movement Design

Restore and connect to you through individualized program design.

I create individualized movement progressions designed to bring your body back to balance. Each program consists of a restore and connect phase. Restore begins with conscious breathwork and centering practices and evolves into targeted self myofascial release techniques that begin to temper the muscles and tissues that have been holding tension. Once we have softened these tissues we lengthen and hydrate your body with conscious movements, encouraging your body to return to a more supple and relaxed state. In the connect phase we will use targeted exercises to stimulate your underactive muscles and provide them with a clear sense of function and purpose. We’ll weave your refined body awareness and strength into full body movement patterns. Conscious movement design is your pathway back to pain free play.
